Mirabella is the first LEED Platinum Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in the United States. The client’s vision included building in an urban location that would enable seniors to remain connected and engaged with the greater downtown Portland community. The 30-story, 284 unit, sustainable residential tower includes an adjacent 4-story podium, containing the healthcare program.
